Our products undergo a heat treatment consisting of case hardening, hardening, tempering to achieve a hardening depth of 0,8-1 mm, and a hardness of HRC 58-62.
Further surface treatments are available on customers' request.
Strict controls are carried out throughout the whole manufacturing process right from the stage of incoming raw material to finished product, packing and dispatch to assure the respect of the required specifications.
If required, each batch can be identified thanks to indelible marking.
